New Day Ministries provides weekly ministry support to women and children who are in transitional housing as part of their journey away from domestic violence.
It is our prayer that this effort will soon develop into an additional supportive ministry designed specifically to the needs of the children.
New Day Ministries will soon be ministering on a weekly basis to women in county jail. We will be conducting Sunday morning services for the women as well as providing a supportive group and follow-up counseling upon their release.
We have recently been highly privileged to participate with Lemuel Vega and Dennis Craig in their annual "Christmas Behind Bars." The vision of ministry from these two men delivers over 15,000 gift packs to men, women, and adolescents in jails and prisons throughout the State of Indiana. Dennis Craig is the author of "From the Cell to the Cross." It is a powerful book and a must read!
Every 2nd Friday throughout 2008, New Day Ministries is coordinating a Global Impact effort.
